Affordable & Program Based Housing

JPWC is dedicated to offering both affordable and program-based housing solutions throughout Edmonton. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties designed to meet the needs of individuals and families facing financial constraints, ensuring that everyone has access to safe and comfortable living spaces.

Our Housing Options:

  • Affordable Housing: We own and manage 130 market-affordable units strategically located across various neighbourhoods in Edmonton. These units are available to anyone facing financial challenges, not just those who have experienced homelessness. Our goal is to provide accessible housing options that cater to a wide range of income levels. For your convenience, available units are posted on Facebook Marketplace and Rent Faster.

  • Program-Based Housing: In addition to our affordable housing, we offer program-based housing designed to support individuals who require additional assistance. These programs are tailored to address specific needs and provide a comprehensive approach to housing and support.
